A funny and nutritious idea for gourmands from 18 months, sparkling strawberry milk!
- 5 large strawberries
- 10 cl sweetened condensed milk
- 1 quart of lemon
- 5 cl of sparkling water
- decor: strawberry syrup
- Granulated sugar
Squeeze 1 quart of lemon juice. Wash the strawberries, slice them, cut them into pieces and pour them into the mixer bowl with the condensed milk and the lemon juice.
Puree. Dip the edge of the glass in syrup and return to a cup filled with sugar.
Put it back in place, fill it with the mixture, add the sparkling water, mix and serve.
