Head to Italy with pizzeta, miniature pizzas that will seduce your gourmand from 2 years.

Ingredients:

  • For 4 pizzas
  • 4 slices of round bread
  • 4 c. pizza tomato sauce
  • 40 g grated Gruyère cheese
  • 1 half chopped onion
  • 1 half grated half zucchini
  • 60 g mushrooms cut into strips
  • 1 slice of white ham cut into strips
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • 1 C. tablespoon of olive oil

Preparation:

Heat the oil over a medium heat in a pan before tossing onion, zucchini and mushrooms. Cook for 6 minutes to soften these vegetables. Lightly brown the toast bread, then spread each slice of tomato sauce, add 1 tbsp. vegetable coffee, a little ham, grated gruyere and oregano. Spend a few minutes in your oven (preheated) in grill position. Serve hot.
