A fruity dessert that gives peach!


  • For 4 people :
  • 4 yellow peaches
  • 1/2. pistachio ice cream
  • 1 bunch of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 c. coffee bitter almond extract
  • 1 C. unsalted green pistachios


Mold 4 scoops of pistachio ice cream and keep them cold in the freezer. Turn on the broiler. Crush the pistachios roughly. Peel the peaches and cut them in half. Place them, dished on the top, in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes under the grill while watching the cooking (as soon as you see that they start to scorch, cover them with aluminum foil). Pour the condensed milk in a saucepan with the almond extract and 5 cl of water. Heat over low heat. Take the peaches out of the oven and turn them over on 4 dessert plates. Sprinkle with warm almond milk and put on each a scoop of ice cream. Sprinkle with almonds and serve.
