A recipe created for my little flea when she was 12 months old, and her dad often claims!

  • * 1 big box of tuna
  • * mashed potatoes (homemade or in sachets)
  • * tomato sauce (in jar or house)
  • * garlic, salt, pepper, oregano
  • * grated gruyère or bread crumbs

Egg tuna. Mix it with tomato sauce, garlic, a little oregano, salt (not too much if the dish is prepared for toddlers) and pepper. Prepare the puree. In a baking dish, pour the tuna-tomato mixture, spread it well. Cover with mashed potatoes without straightening, then sprinkle with gruyere or bread crumbs to taste. Leave in the oven for about 20 minutes. Tip: this recipe is frozen very well. You can prepare several portions in advance and put them in the freezer for later = time saving assured!
