Ingredients:
For 8 people:
- 1 packet of fruit jam preparation
- 1 kg of white cheese with 40% MatGr
- 4 passion fruits
Preparation:
Prepare the jam according to the recipe of the preparation bag. Beat the white cheese with an electric whisk.
Cut each passion fruit into 2 and remove the pulp with a small spoon to incorporate it, then mix gently with a spatula.
